CA Atul Agrawal

CA Atul Agrawal, the firm's founder, obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1997. His expertise lies in concurrent audits and statutory audits of banks, with a track record of handling audits for large public sector undertakings.

He is well-versed in taxation, company law matters, management internal audits, project financing, merger amalgamation, takeovers, organizational restructuring work, and other financial services. CA Atul Agrawal is also on the panel of various corporates, including IT companies, for setting up STPI/SEZ/100 EOU units, tax planning, internal control systems procedures, and other financial services.

He has conducted lectures on bank audits, company law, taxation, and the formation of educational institutions under the umbrella of companies registered under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956, and registered under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. He has also provided expert views on tax planning, home loans, and multi-level marketing on Sahara Samay and India TV.

Additionally, he has served as a member of a committee appointed by the Hon'ble Delhi High Court for settling claims of companies under liquidation.
