My name is Shristi Gupta, I am an LLB Graduate from D.E.S Law College, affiliated to Pune University. However, I have completed a Diploma in Cyber law and Corporate law from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune. Started my practice from 2011, Iâ€™ve worked under the Civil and Criminal Lawyers and attended regular Court Proceedings and argued at The Supreme Court of India, Allahabad High Court, Delhi High Court and other tribunals. I am fortunate enough to be associated with corporate clients and multinational companies (MNC). I have widened my area of expertise in legal matters pertaining to SEBI, PMLA & IBC and the matters related to Company Law & Taxation. I am also fortunate enough to assist Mr Nand Gopal Gupta â€˜Nandiâ€™ the cabinet minister Uttar Pradesh Government. Hailing from a lawyer background I have always been in close contact with people from the Judiciary, bureaucrats, politicians, media persons as well as celebrities of the country.
